All Star Game

Nick was selected to represent his team in the Tri Valley All Star Game on Saturday.

Nick was batting 3rd. He got on base and scored a run. Helping his team to a 2 to 2 tie. It started raining very hard during the 3rd inning so they delayed the game. We waited it out for a half an hour and then the game was cancelled. It was quite an honor for Nick to be selected to represent his team considering he's new to the area. It goes to show that his teammates think he's a good ballplayer. Jeff took these photos. The first one is of Nick at second base ready to steal 3rd. The next two are Nick at bat. And the final picture is of the Minors East lining up waiting to be introduced. We thought it was funny that the first 3 batters were all number 11 on their teams.
