The Orchards Condo

This is the condo we are thinking about buying.
The follow photos are of the model home.
The floor plan is the NORLAND. It is an end unit.

 Another view of the closed loft area upstairs. The alcove with the little door to storage can be converted into a nice closet. That is an option we are considering since you can never have enough storage space.

 Upstairs bathroom. Double sink, tub/shower unit, separate area for toilet. It doesn't have a door. It's kind of under the eaves.

 Kitchen area. We are thinking of adding an 18" pantry to the right side of the refrigerator for extra storage. The model has the 42" cabinets.

 Family room/great room. Large picture window on the side.

 Other side of the family room. Corner fireplace with connections for TV. Patio door leading to Deck.

 Door leads to first floor master bedroom. Same set up as upstairs master.

 The bedroom doesn't have the dormer so it is more square. Doesn't have the bump out for the sitting area.

 First floor master bathroom. Double sinks, shower surround. Not tub. It's a prefab unit like you see in nice hotels. Fiberglass.

 First floor master walk in closet. Not big, but with a better closet system it should hold everything.

 Dining alcove. The bay window looks out to the ftont.

This is the photo of the powder room/laundry room. The closet on the left is where the washer and dryer fit. We would use this area for the dogs too. Guests would use the hall bath. It's the only space for the dogs.
